Our representatives are out and about across our region.

Our lotteries provide a vital income stream for the charity. Our small team of representatives are regularly out in the communities we serve and are always happy to answer any questions you have about our service.

Our lottery representatives will be in GNAAS uniform and carry identification.

They usually operate Monday to Friday between the hours of 10 am and 8 pm and occasionally at weekends.

If you are unsure whether a caller claiming to represent the Great North Air Ambulance Service is genuine, please call us on 01325 487 263.

What happens when you sign up at the door?

Our lottery team will invite you to sign up however is convenient. If you don’t wish to sign up right away, they will leave you some information on how to join over the phone.

Once you are signed up, they will leave you with paperwork to confirm you have joined.

After a few days, you will receive your lottery welcome pack via email. If your lottery number is drawn, you do not have to claim – you will automatically be sent a cheque for your winnings.

Playing the 24/7 Lottery should be a fun way of supporting our charity. But if gambling stops being fun, please visit www.begambleaware.org or contact the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.
