Step up for your local air ambulance service

This October, climb 375 flights of stairs to raise funds and raise our helicopter!

When our aircraft is called out, the crew fly at an altitude of around 3,000 feet. We’re asking you to climb to that height throughout the month of October by climbing 375 flights of stairs.

You can take on the challenge any time, anywhere, whether it’s on the StairMaster at the gym, in your office or in your home. Sign up, step up and save lives.

This year has been our busiest on record. We need your help to keep us in the skies and saving lives across the regions we proudly serve.

You can complete the challenge any time you like between 1 – 31 October 2024.  Entry is £10, and you’ll also receive a special GNAAS Gift from us when you raise an extra £10 through your fundraising efforts! We’ll also send you a pack to help power your fundraising every step of the way.

We need £8.5m per year to run our service. We are entirely charity funded.
