The GYRO is back!
The GYRO is our wonderful cycling event, taking you on a breathtaking journey through the stunning landscapes of North Yorkshire. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or just love the open road, this is your chance to challenge yourself while supporting a life-saving charity.
We have three fantastic routes on offer, all of which explore the stunning scenery that our region has to offer. You can choose from a 30, 60, or 90 mile route.

The GYRO Routes
GYRO 30
It doesn’t matter what kind of bike you ride, or how fast you go, as long as you can ride 30 miles.
GYRO 60
The 60-mile ride starts at our HQ and will take you through the scenic Yorkshire countryside on this beautiful circular route.
GYRO 90
Starting out as part of the main route, the split takes you through thigh-testing climbs, rolling roads and epic scenery. This 90-mile route is one you’ll never forget.

You must be 12+ to take part in this event. To ride the GYRO 30 you need to be sure you can ride the 30 mile distance.
Entry to the GYRO 60 is £27 per rider.
Entry to the GYRO 90 is £35 per rider.
Entry to the GYRO 30 is £20 per rider.
There is no minimum sponsorship for the event, However if you would like to fundraise, please click the ‘I would like to fundraise’ button on the sign up form and we can send fundraising information and sponsorship sheets to help reach your sponsorship target.
This is a strictly none competitive ride out. You will receive a medal at the finish line for your successful completion of the ride.
All rides MUST wear helmets at all times while riding. This route is on open road so please take care and please ride with consideration of other road users.
