Two Morpeth schools have raised £2,000 for the Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS). Chantry Middle School and Newminster Middle School donated £1000 each in aid of the Mayor of Morpeth’s chosen charity, GNAAS. The funds were presented by the town mayor, Alison Byard, and pupils on November 12 after they held a fun run earlier in the year. GNAAS volunteers, Pat Ford and Rose Akenclose, represented the charity and thanked everyone for their hard work. If your school can support GNAAS, please get in touch on 01325-487263..
