A 38-year-old male was airlifted from Linton-on-Ouse, near York, yesterday, Tuesday, July 24th, after an off-road motorbiking incident.
The doctor and paramedic helicopter crew worked with road paramedics from Yorkshire Ambulance Service to treat the patient.
The man, from Tollerton, in Hambleton, was then taken to James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough with head, back and arm injuries and was stable upon arrival.
The journey from scene to hospital took fifteen minutes.
