The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) was called to Brigham near Cockermouth, at 11.10am on Saturday, where a man had fallen from a roof. The man, believed to be in his 40s, was assessed and treated by the GNAAS crew who found his injuries were not as serious as first feared. He was taken to hospital by North West Ambulance Service. .
