The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) was called to Morpeth, Northumberland, at around 9.21am yesterday where a man had fallen around 10ft from a ladder. The GNAAS doctor-led trauma team treated the man, believed to be 51-years-old, for a chest injury before he was flown to Newcastle’s Royal Victoria Infirmary where he arrived in a serious but stable condition.
