In 2017, we need your continued support to ensure we can raise the £4.9million needed to keep our crew flying, as well as the additional funds required to see our dream of moving to a new base and our centre of excellence coming to fruition.
We’re passionate about delivering quality pre-hospital care and we are equally passionate about ensuring we offer our supporters varied and fun ways to get behind our mission. May 13 – Air Angels Ball – A glittering ball where supporters, patients, their families, staff and medical crew join in celebration of our life-saving service. We are delighted to announce that loyal GNAAS supporters Roflow Environmental Engineering are sponsoring the Lorraine Crosby Band to perform on the night.
May 14 – Hamsterley Beast – One of the most acclaimed mountain biking events in the North of England. Every penny raised goes to GNAAS.
June 17 – Cyclone Challenge – Recognised as one of the premier cycling events in the UK for non-competitive cyclists located in Newcastle upon Tyne.
July 2 – The Ali Brownlee 5K Riverside Run & 2K Fun Run – Starting at Middlesbrough FC’s Riverside Stadium, this route circumnavigates some of town’s most iconic landmarks.
August 5&6- Total Warrior, Lake District – The pinnacle of obstacle racing. Purchase a place and help support our next mission . Total warrior webpage – there’s a great promo video. However book through us for better prices!
September – Air Ambulance Week – The spotlight shines on the fantastic work of air ambulances across the nation and we ask supporters to get behind our mission throughout the month of September.
September 3 – Middlesbrough Tees Pride 10K & 3K Fun Run – Rated by many as one of the best 10k events in the country, ideal for a PB.
September 10 – Great North Run –the biggest half marathon in the world. Purchase a charity place through GNAAS!
November & December – Festive fundraising – Get in to the festive spirit with some heart-warming fundraising in support of your favourite charity!
