Jennings Motor Group, who have generously donated a brand new Kia Sportage ‘2’ 1.6 GDi 5 door for our annual raffle campaign, are full of fantastic fundraising ideas. From Easter fundraisers and bakes sales, to a weight loss challenge, their enthusiasm is applaudable.
Most recently the regional motor dealer has organised a charity golf day at Teesside Golf Club, in aid of GNAAS too! The event is set to take place on Wednesday 17th May 2017, entry fee is £160 per team of 4, or £40 per person.
In addition to the superb course and excellent food, golfers will be treated to the following:
· Practice area is available (no balls supplied. Not a driving range)
· Practice net and putting green
· Longest drive and nearest pin competition
· The competition of the day would be either a 4 better ball or a team of 4 event (depending on timings)
Included in the day will be sandwiches and tea / coffee before tee off and the golf will be followed by dinner with presentations to the winners of the competitions and a raffle / auction.
Bev Stephenson, PA to the Managing Director at Jennings Motor Group said: “The Great North Air Ambulance is our chosen charity again and we aim to raise as much money as possible for this very worthy cause. The work they do in the North East is fantastic and they have saved many lives of local people, however, they need to raise the staggering £4.9 million every year to keep the service going.”
If you would like to take part in this fantastic charity golf day, please contact Jennings by next Friday and or email bev.stephenson@sjennings.com.
