Our volunteers play a pivotal role in spreading an important message, one that could save lives. Since January our volunteers have travelled over 1200 miles helping us to reach out far and wide and promote our charity’s cause. So far we’ve been visiting supermarkets, community groups and service stations to name a few! But, we want more. This is where you come in, we want you to tell us where to visit, as it’s your local knowledge that will help us make a difference.
We’re not just asking for money – though that’s always nice, we don’t just want you to put your hand in your pocket and forget about us, and we certainly don’t want to forget about you. We want to meet you, your friends, your family and your community – we want to spend a little bit of time telling you more about our life-saving services and the fun ways you can help us out. We want to show you how your support really could save lives.
If you’ve been thinking about working with a charity or you believe your group would be interested in meeting us and learn more, contact Pete Moody on 01325 487263 or email volunteer@greatnorthairambulance.co.uk
