Thanks to your support we were able to attend the following incidents yesterday:
At 3pm we were called to assist the North East Ambulance Service after a man, believed to be in his 40s, was reported to have been struck by a car in Redcar. Our doctor and paramedic team assessed the patient on scene and then escorted him to James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough by road. He arrived in a stable condition.
At 4.40pm we were called to assist the North East Ambulance Service with a child who had reportedly been knocked over by a car in Hartlepool. He was treated on scene by the crew before being transported by land ambulance accompanied by the GNAAS team to James Cook University Hospital. He arrived in a stable condition.
