The countdown is underway for our annual Air Ambulance Week.
This year’s week-long awareness raising event takes place from September 23rd to 29th, so there is still time to organise your event in aid of the Great North Air Ambulance Service.
Whether you are a group of friends hoping to raise some money for a good cause, or work colleagues who want to bring the spirit of fundraising into the office, there are plenty of fun ways to get behind the charity. Dress down days, bake sales, quiz nights, coffee mornings and tombolas are all traditional ideas, but the only limits are your own imagination!

We are also offering free pilot bears to everyone creating a Direct Debit throughout September. Existing regular givers will also get a bear if they increase their monthly gift throughout the same period.
The type of bear you receive depends on the amount you give. A pilot bear key ring will go to those giving less than £10 a month. If you give £10 to £19, you will receive our popular medium-sized bear, while gifts of £20 or more will receive our new large bear!
