The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) attended an 84-year-old gentlemen who fell unwell while out walking with his son in the Auterstone Crag area above Ullswater yesterday. The medic team worked alongside seven members of the Patterdale Mountain Rescue and three from Penrith Mountain Rescue who were also involved in the two-hour call-out.
