COVID-19 has changed the way we deliver care, but it certainly hasn’t changed the care we deliver.
Make no mistake, COVID-19 has at times threatened the continuation of our service across Cumbria, the North East and North Yorkshire. Yet to date, we have not lost a single minute of operational time because of the virus.
