The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) was called to a golf course in Maryport, Cumbria, where a man in his 70s was suffering from a heart attack. He was assessed and treated by the GNAAS team and North West Ambulance Service before being flown to Carlisle’s Cumberland Infirmary for treatment.

The incident happened at around 11.50am on Saturday.
