An elderly man collapsed at Easedale Tarn in the Lake District due to low blood sugar levels yesterday (June 16). The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) was requested to assist Langdale/Ambleside Mountain Rescue Team with the patient at 1pm.
