A Cumbrian woman was airlifted after her car was involved in a collision with a tractor between Wigton and Silloth on Feb 13. The 59-year-old was treated for chest injuries by the Great North Air Ambulance Service and then flown to the Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle.

The 59-year-old was treated for chest injuries by the Great North Air Ambulance Service and then flown to the Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle. The flight took nine minutes and she arrived in a stable condition.
