CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
1. Subscription to the Great North Air Ambulance Service Lottery is 50p per weekly entry.
2. The subscription rates are:
By post- with a cheque, by telephone - with a debit or credit card (telephone 0800 1777 035) or through our secure web site.
£10 20 weeks
£20 40 weeks
£26 52 weeks
By standing order – please ring 0800 1777 035 and we will send you a form or you can download a standing order form from our website www.greatnorthairambulance.co.uk
£2.17 per month
£13 half yearly
£26 annually
All the above rates are per number.
3. There is no limit to how many lottery numbers you may hold, but the Charity would like it’s subscribers to participate within their means. The lottery should be seen as a genuine way of helping to support your Air Ambulance. It is not a ‘GET RICH’ lottery and we ask that you only subscribe to an amount that you can afford. The Great North Air Ambulance Service Lottery is regulated and licensed by the Gambling Commission. (www.gamblingcommission.org.uk) If you have signed a gambling self exclusion form, please inform the charity.
4. The weekly prizes are:
1 x £200 first prize, 1 x £100 second prize, 2 x £50, 4 x £25 and 50 x £10 Each lottery number can only win once in the weekly draw, however, if you hold more than one number each one has a chance to win a prize.
The Great North Air Ambulance Service Lottery reserves the right to change the number of prizes on offer and the amounts without prior notice to subscribers.
5. The Charity publishes the winning numbers on its web site, www.greatnorthairambulance.co.uk and some local papers
6. All prize winning cheques are automatically sent out so there is no need to claim your prize, should you have a winning number.
7. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to participate.
8. If you decide to cancel your subscription an administration fee of £2 will be applied to any refund of the remaining amount of your subscription.
9. If your subscription is not renewed within 12 weeks of the first renewal advice being sent the Charity will delete the subscriber’s details for the lottery number that has expired. During this time the allocated lottery number will not be entered into the weekly draw until a subscription payment has been received.
10. The Charity does not pass any subscribers details onto any other organization.
11. The charity reserves the right to decide on a suitable course of action in the event of draws being cancelled or suspended. This may mean that all subscriptions paid may be taken as a donation. This does not affect your right to a refund under No. 8 of the terms and conditions.
